Where did you start your career?
Prior to joining Tetley Australia Pty Limited in 1997 I worked at Fortis Australia Ltd. (Insurance Company) and Fisher Stewart Pty Ltd (Engineers/Surveyors/Development Consultants)
Tell us a bit about your role at Tata Global Beverages?
I joined the company as a Secretary/PA to the Managing Director but when our factory moved to India I was given the additional role of looking after the Consumer Services and managing the office. Consumer complaints/queries requires a lot of patience as some consumers can be very difficult but there are also lovely people who are more understandable which makes my work much more fulfilling.
What’s your favourite Tata beverage and why?
Green tea as for me it’s refreshing and the taste is just right.
What’s important to you outside work?
My family – they give me happiness and contentment.
What advice would you give to future applicants?
Tata Global Beverages look after their employees; they consider them very important and acknowledge that they play a big role in the achievement of the company’s goals.
